Since joining the CS Executive Group team in 2022, Renee has developed her skills as a Executive Recruitment Consultant. She is well-versed in developing and strengthening relationships, successfully connecting with internal and external clients and candidates  in order to quickly fill open scientific and technical positions with best-fitting candidates. Renee has successfully sourced, screened, and supplied candidates for various private enterprise and Government Departments.

Renee holds a Bachelor of Science with First Class Honours in Chemistry and Pharmacology. She received her PhD in Medicinal Chemistry in 2019 from the University of Sydney. Her research was directed toward the discovery of novel chemotypes targeting the Translocator Protein for therapeutic and diagnostic applications. She draws from the transferable skills acquired during her studies and working in scientific roles to fulfill her responsibilities as a Scientific and Technical Recruitment Consultant.

In her free time, Renee enjoys staying active at the gym, cooking, spending time with family and friends, and exploring new food and drink venues.
