Daniele originally joined ChemSkill in 2001 holding roles in an HR capacity, supporting our Recruitment Consultants through their entire processes by developing and implementing a variety of essential policies. Daniele’s dedication to ensuring legislative compliance of pre-existing policies and procedures, and the introduction of a national consistency standard across the Company, has been invaluable to the expansion of CS Executive Group.

Daniele’s career began in the retail sector. Over a period of thirteen years, she progressed from casual sales assistant through to Flagship Store Management and eventually to acting State Manager. Identifying her skills in recruitment, coaching and mentoring high performing sales teams, Daniele pursued a career change into the HR Industry and now holds an Advanced Diploma in Business (Human Resources) and a Degree in Social Science from UNSW.

Having since worked in recruitment for different firms, Daniele re-joined CS Executive Group in 2017 as an Executive Recruitment Consultant. Since Daniele’s role grew to encompass the role of HR Business Partner in 2019 and was most recently promoted to Recruitment Team Leader & HR Business Partner in 2021. Daniele’s experience provides her with an invaluable ability to understand and act on clients’ needs, in turn helping to achieve their goals.

Outside of work, Daniele can be found with a good book, enjoying a fabulous Sydney beach, at the Pilates studio or socialising with her son, family, and friends at cafes with coffee in hand or a fine scotch.
