Billy joined the CS Executive team in 2021 as a Recruitment Resourcer and was promoted a year later to a Recruitment Consultant. During Billy’s time with the CS Executive team, he received extensive training and built solid foundations in talent acquisition and recruitment. Billy works closely with a professional pool of talent acquisition specialists and managers and enjoys the challenges and diversity that each day brings, while he continues to learn and expand his knowledge in various industry sectors. Billy plays a key role in customer service, account & sales management, WHS and supply chain assignments and as an exemplary sourcing specialist, he works behinds the scenes on all assignments.

Billy considers himself to be a team player, friendly and ethical in all his transactions, delivering the best possible outcomes for candidates and clients. Prior to Billy’s employment with CS Executive Group, he gained valuable skills working in various client-facing roles within the Pharmacy and Retail Industry and also managed his own business for several years as a personal trainer/body transformation specialist.

Outside of the office, Billy plays competitive basketball every week and enjoys staying fit, healthy and focused.
