Our client requires an experienced Warehouse Supervisor with a great eye for detail, safety awareness and stock management experience. The person required for this role will manage day to day operations of warehouse, including warehouse staff and be predominately responsible for quality, safe working procedures, GMP and housekeeping, customer orders, stock inventory.  Ideally, we are looking for someone with a minimum of three years’ direct warehouse management experience.

You will be required to perform the following tasks:

  • Manage day-to-day warehouse activities and allocate tasks to warehouse staff
  • Measure and report activities of warehouse
  • Organise and strictly maintain correct inventory of all materials, packaging and consumables
  • Develop safe working procedures of all equipment and processes in the warehouse area
  • Ensure adherence to GMP and uphold good housekeeping behaviour
  • Provide support to Sales Department
  • Ensure customer orders are dispatched in time and according to company’s policy while meeting compliance standards
  • Work closely with Quality Control and Quality Assurance Departments to ensure all quality matrices are met
  • Maintain plans regarding time frames and resourcing
  • Delegate daily duties to warehouse staff, supervise and manage their performance



The successful candidate will be customer focused, a decision maker and able to complete tasks on time. To be short-listed, you will have excellent presentation, you will have worked in similar roles and will have a good understanding and experience of GMP regulations.

To be successful in your application you must meet the following criteria:

  • A relevant Certificate or a Diploma in Management
  • 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role as a Warehouse Supervisor
  • Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor with experience in training and management of staff
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight dead lines
  • Knowledge of warehouse software packages and MS Office
  • Hands-on and lead by example attitude
  • Proven ability to manage dispatch of customer orders to multiple clients
  • Ability to communicate with transport companies and organise deliveries
  • Experience in stock management and stock allocation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly motivated with strong project management skills
  • Current High Reach (a must) and Stock Picker Forklift License
  • You must be experienced with bar-coded inventory management systems
  • Working Knowledge in training in Chain of Responsibility with Code of Practice

  • Fluency in Korean – both spoken and written is a bonus!
