Our client is a leader in the field of cleaning and hygiene chemicals. Part of a global group, the company’s vision is to expand and increase their presence in Australia and New Zealand. This growth will be achieved by building a market leading sales and service team whilst demonstrating innovation through market focused technology development.



Reporting to the Sales and Services Director, you will be responsible for executing via the Account Managers & Hygiene Service Representatives, the company’s commercial strategy. As the Team Lead, you will be leading and supporting Account Managers in meeting top line sales and margin budgets by being solutions focused and by driving robust governance processes.



Working collaboratively with the Sales & Service Director, Business Managers and State Team Leads, you will develop and execute sales strategies in line with the overall strategic sales plan. You will be highly competent in preparing, negotiating and presenting tenders, submissions and bids, and able to demonstrate financial and business acumen.

From a service perspective, as the Victorian Sales Team Lead, you will ensure all Service Level Agreements are met with all customers via the Hygiene Service Team. It will be your responsibility to inspire and excite people to higher levels of achievement, and to encourage collaboration and development of strong relationships in order to deliver business strategies.

With a focus on coaching, the successful candidate will be required to provide regular development and training opportunities to Account Managers and Hygiene Service representatives to create a high performing team.



To be successful in your application, you will have been in a similar role in hospitality, food and beverage, chemicals or other relevant industry sectors. Ideally you will understand cleaning chemicals and their applications however this is not mandatory.
