Due to our client’s continued growth, a new role has been created in their management team. This is a permanent position and presents the perfect scenario for an experienced manager to apply their broad range of knowledge and expertise across Science & Technology as well as the Supply Chain.
Reporting to the Commercial Director, your role will specifically cover all aspects of product compliance including quality, regulatory, manufacturing and responsibility for supply chain functions. Additionally, you will play a strong hand in Product Development to support the growth agenda for the business.
This role will provide you with a challenging, rewarding, secure and stable ongoing career in a dynamic organisation. You will need to able to demonstrate strong leadership skills with a proven history of achieving improvements in output and efficiency by actively engaging in problem solving while using your excellent communication skills to manage external suppliers.
Initially, you will have 2 direct reports across Quality and Operations. Once you are settled in this role, you will be encouraged to build your own Technical and Operations Team to assist you in effectively achieving your tasks.
