ROLE

Our client requires motivated professionals with at least two years’ industry experience working in a GMP facility to commence working in late January or early February 2018. The ideal candidates will have a GMP Training Certificate or have worked for several years in an industry where they have been continual exposed to adhering to principles.

Looking for the next step in your career you will have the leadership skills to delegate tasks to a production team and sufficient mechanical aptitude to be capable of being skilled in the operation of multiple machines.

You will be responsible and accountable for the following:

  • Overseeing daily operations under the purview of your team and coordinating with other teams
  • Supporting your Front Line Leader to achieve production targets
  • Ensuring compliance with the company’s policies, procedures, and OH&S guidelines
  • Delegating tasks to team members and ensuring GMP is adhered to at all times
  • Assisting with troubleshooting of issues requiring attention and the keeping of records
  • Making decisions that improve the quality and yield of products

 

SELECTION CRITERIA

The successful candidate will be a proven team leader and able to demonstrate a history of consistently delivering to production targets. To be shortlisted, you shall have worked in similar roles and will have a working understanding of GMP.

To be successful in your application you must meet the following criteria:

  • GMP Training Certificate or at least two years’ experience in a GMP facility
  • A minimum of two years’ experience with at least one of the following processes: –
    – granulation, milling, and mixing of powders;
    – sachet sealing and pillow packing;
    – hardshell capsulation of powders; and/or
    – compression, tabletting, and coating of tablets
  • An ability to effectively delegate tasks to your team members
  • Be able to respond to frequent changes in production pressures
  • Capability to maintain a cohesive team within a demanding environment
  • Prioritise workload to efficiently multitask activities
  • Confidence to work independently and in a multicultural setting

Our client has advised, a knowledge of the Korean language will be seen as advantageous to an application.
