Reporting to the Quality Assurance Director, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Quality Assurance Associate to join our clients Quality Assurance Team. You will be responsible for contributing to the development, implementation and maintenance of the Quality Assurance program and related policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant Good Clinical Practice (GCP) requirements.

The successful candidate will be an experienced Senior Quality Associate in the pharmaceutical industry operating in a GCP or GxP environment.  You will have strong problem solving ability, be customer focused, a decision maker and able to complete tasks and projects on time.

To be successful in your application, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Science degree or a related discipline
  • Minimum 4-5 years experience as a Senior Quality Assurance professional in the pharmaceutical industry operating in a GCP environment.
  • Formal audit training or evidence based internal audit training.
  • Knowledge of 21 CFR Part 11 and its implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise work and handle deadline pressure.
  •  Excellent organisational skills with the ability to set priorities, analyse problems, formulate clear and effective solutions and coordinate a number of tasks simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to take initiative in problem solving and in exercising judgement.
  • Demonstrated ability to work harmoniously and cooperatively with other people and to work independently without supervision.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with clients, senior management and other departments.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
  • Willingness to work in, and be supportive of, a positive and dynamic team culture.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office suite.
