Our client is a NATA accredited laboratory that provides a drug testing service to industry both within Australia and Internationally. Based near the CBD, they are world renowned for their research and testing capabilities.
Due to staff movement and increase in work load, our client requires a Senior Analytical Chemist with several years experience to join their testing facilities on a permanent full-time basis. The successful candidate will have excellent GCMS and LCMS whilst SPE is desirable but not necessary.Opportunities like this are few and far between. The perfect role for someone that wants to be involved with cutting edge analyses.
As the Senior Analytical Chemist, your duties will include analysis of biological samples for performance enhancing drugs and drugs of abuse, operation and maintenance of modern GCMS and LCMS instrumentation as well as qualitative and quantitative TCO2 confirmatory analysis of biological samples using ion-selective electrode instrumentation.
