Our client requires a motivated professional with exposure to sales and with a good understanding of commercial contracts in third party complementary medicine manufacturing. This position is ideal for a technical person or similar, who has worked for a GMP licenced contract manufacturing organisation managing regulatory aspects of client relationships. Looking for the next step in your career you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be required to perform the following tasks:

  • Prepare, complete and manage sales contracts as required
  • Assist with sales & marketing strategies
  • Manage new and current customers
  • Attend client business meetings with senior management
  • Assist with the delivery of profitable sales results
  • Help manage the junior team members and assist with the implementation of agreed strategies



The successful candidate will be customer focused, a decision maker and able to complete tasks on time. To be short-listed, you will have excellent presentation, you will have worked in similar roles and will have a good understanding of TGA regulations from a commercial perspective.

To be successful in your application you must meet the following criteria:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry or similar preferred but not necessary
  • Five or more years’ experience within a supplement or food contract-manufacturing environment highly regarded
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian Dietary Supplement or Food Industry market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly motivated with strong analytical skills
  • A positive, proactive, professional attitude
  • You must be someone who is looking for a long term career opportunity and committed to growing with the company
  • A good work ethic with the ability to work as a team member or autonomously
  • A proven ability to meet goals, targets and deadlines
