Our client is a leading and well known Australian Company that has been involved in the research, development, manufacturing and distribution of high quality cosmetics for almost a century. With state of the art facilities and a dedicated senior team, the Company supplies product to all major retailers across Australia .
Due to internal movement and the ever increasing demand for their products, our client is seeking to employ a Senior Manager to run their R&D function. This senior position reports directly to the Managing Director and is integral in ensuring the Company’s innovative research into new products and industry trends.
This role will be based at the Company’s Head Office in Melbourne, Australia, however, we are open to considering candidates with the right experience Australia wide and overseas.
The successful candidate will have strong R&D experience in personal care cosmetics. Areas of interest include skin and hair care, decorative cosmetics and sunscreen formulation.
You must have leadership qualities, be customer focused, a decision maker and able to complete tasks and projects on time. To be short-listed, you will have worked in similar roles for a number of years and will have an excellent understanding of the personal care business and be aware of the regulations applicable in such an Industry.
