Our client manufactures Adhesives, Sealants and Coatings for a variety of uses and commercial applications. They have a significant footprint in the Australian market and have been manufacturing locally for several decades. Innovation and Customer Service are extremely important value drivers for the business, and a highly consistent, well functioning and quality product is very much a part of this business agenda.
Reporting to the Technical Director, the successful candidate will have at least 5 years of practical hands-on laboratory experience within a manufacturing environment. In this role you will be supporting the Operations team to make consistently high quality functioning products, and supervise Laboratory Staff.
You will be responsible for the Quality Management System for the site, including: managing and conducting internal audits, right through to issue resolution and close out; Customer Quality Issue investigation and corrective actions; and approval for in-bound materials and finished goods.
