The Quality Partner role is required to work the hours of 2:00pm to 10:00pm, Monday to Friday. The role will see you dealing with customer complaints, improving GMP and assisting with HACCP pre-requisite programs.

Other duties will include:

  • Reducing foreign objects and roll out new initiatives
  • Conducting QFS training and competency assessments as required
  • Conducting internal audits and verification activities
  • Assist managing product testing and with new product launches and post launch reviews
  • Maintain product labelling and product packaging standards
  • Manage non-conformances
  • Strive for continuous improvement and assist with group quality and food new initiatives



To be successful in your application, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Food Science or similar
  • Three to five years’ experience as a Quality Coordinator in the Food Industry, ideally in manufacturing
  • Experience in quality and food safety standards such as Coles, WQA, BRC & HACCP
  • Experienced working in a food manufacturing environment
  • Excellent report writing skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Highly organised with the ability to multitask and plan well to meet your deadlines
  • Passionate about quality and food safety you will be seeking a career path in this area
  • Able to work well in a team environment and autonomously as required
  • An excellent work ethic with great interpersonal skills
