Our client is an Australian Government statutory agency within the Department of Health. Their corporate office where the Quality Manager role is based is in a suburb of Melbourne. The premises are modern and well equipped, their scientists are dedicated and highly experienced and the work they do, extremely important.
This exciting and important position reports to the organisation’s corporate governance section. It will commence as a six month contract but it will be reviewed for extension or permanency.

This is a complex and multifaceted government agency that requires a Quality Manager who is passionate about implementing long-lasting change. Without any direct reports, you must be self-motivated and able to work effectively by influencing teams to ensure all aspects of the QMS are fit-for-purpose for each group’s needs and remain aligned with the corporate requirements.

You shall build credibility and trust by fostering open communication, accountability, and recognition.
