We are looking for an efficient and motivated professional, ideally with some sampling experience that is energetic and passionate about their work, willing to learn and grow. You will thrive in a busy and supportive environment where people care and help each other to ensure common goals are met.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are paramount as is the ability to work well within a team and autonomously as needed.

Initially a contract, this role will be extended or become permanent for the right candidate.

As a QC Sampling Officer, some of your main duties will include the following:

  • Collation of received samples of Raw Materials, Packaging and Finished Goods
  • Processing of these samples according to procedures including the recording of necessary details and arrangement of delivery to a 3rd party testing laboratory
  • Entry of received test result reports into inhouse system accurately
  • Conduct of environmental testing & other monitoring duties including micro swabs, water treatment sampling and temperature checks
  • In-process checks as required



The successful candidate will meet the following requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in microbiology, chemistry or similar
  • Gowning and degowning experience from industry or through studies/internships
  • Experience in sampling or QC roles in Pharma, Food or Cosmetics will be well regarded
  • Knowledge of GMP
  • Graduates that are fast learners with some experience are encouraged to apply

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Positive and proactive attitude
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task
  • Excellent administrative skills
