We are looking for efficient Quality Assurance Professionals who are energetic and passionate about their work, willing to learn and grow. You will thrive in a busy and supportive environment where people care and help each other to ensure common goals are met.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are paramount for these roles as is the ability to work well within a team and autonomously as needed.



Our client is looking for QA  professionals to initially join them on contract with a view to extend or go permanent to perform work in their manufacturing facility in one of Melbourne’s western suburbs.

QA Sampling Officer – 12-months

  • Conduct sampling of raw materials
  • Process samples according to procedures and organise for the next steps of the process
  • Record keeping and administrative skills
  • Experience with the use of  spreadsheets

Senior QA Associate – Batch Release – 3 months 

  • In charge of the batch release process
  • Review product specifications and QC results
  • Confirm GMP compliance
  • Record keeping
  • Experience with maintaining complex spreadsheets

Senior QA Associate – 6 months

  • Perform stability studies
  • Conduct batch reconciliation
  • Write product specifications
  • Experience with maintaining complex spreadsheets



The successful candidates will ideally have experience in Quality Assurance within a TGA licensed facility.  You will be a confident decision-maker and able to complete tasks and projects on time.

To be successful in your application, you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Science degree in chemistry, biology or a related discipline;
  • Excellent working knowledge of the Australian Therapeutic Goods Act (TGA) and its requirements;
  • Past experience in QA roles with Pharmaceuticals or Complementary products mainly in the areas of Manufacturing and QC;
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills;
  • High attention to detail;
  • Troubleshooting and investigation skills;
  • Hazard and·risk identification/assessment;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
  • Positive and proactive attitude;
  • Ability to prioritise and multi-task;
  • Excellent administrative skills;
