My client is a tier 1 builder involved in a variety of commercial, residential and civil infrastructure projects across the APAC region. With over 25,000 employees across the region, they are well positioned to deliver multi-million dollar projects. Due to recently securing a mayor commercial project they are looking for a highly experienced Project Manager/Director with tier 1 or tier 2 builder experience.



You will be responsible for managing project lifecycle including:

  • Client & Stakeholder Management
  • Master Planning and Business Case Development
  • Consultant Management and Engagement
  • Design Management
  • Cost Management
  • Construction Delivery
  • Contracts Administration

To qualify you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Tertiary qualified with minimum of 5 years+ of experience working in a Senior Project/Director level position
  • Must have experience working on new built projects ranging between $100M to $200M +
  • A good understanding of contract and commercial principles across a range of procurement models including Design and Construct
  • Proven ability to meet strict deadlines & strong analytical skills is a must
  • Strong commercial awareness and a proven track record in driving multi-disciplinary infrastructure projects and the typical risks to efficient and effective delivery of projects
  • Good communication skills & the ability to build strong relationships is a must
