ROLE

Our client requires a motivated professional with customer service experience, project administrative support, and sales support experience. Ideal candidate will have industry experience from a GMP licensed contract manufacturing organisation in a similar role. Looking for the next step in your career you will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy liaising with internal and external stakeholders.

You will be required to perform the following tasks:

  • First point of contact for all customers including telephone and email inquiries
  • Provide support to Sales Department
  • Work with Procurement, Quality and Production Department to coordinate project meetings and take meeting minutes
  • Maintain plans regarding time frames and resourcing
  • Be in charge of maintaining document templates
  • Manage document versions and distribution of current and relevant documents

 

SELECTION CRITERIA

The successful candidate will be customer focused, a decision maker and able to complete tasks on time. To be short-listed, you will have excellent presentation, you will have worked in similar roles and will have a good understanding and experience of GMP regulations.

To be successful in your application you must meet the following criteria:

  • A relevant Tertiary Degree, Certificate or a Diploma
  • GMP Training Certificate
  • 3 or more years’ experience in a similar role
  • Proven Customer Service experience
  • Project Management and Project Support Experience is a MUST!
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Highly motivated with strong project management skills
  • Report writing skills
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office
  • A positive, proactive, professional attitude
  • You must be someone who is looking for a long term career opportunity and committed to growing with the company
  • A good work ethic with the ability to work as a team member or autonomously
  • A proven ability to meet goals, targets and deadlines
  • Fluency in Mandarin – both spoken and written
