CLIENT
Based in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs, our client is a Australian owned and operated manufacturing business that supplies its range of products to the food industry. The business has been growing successfully for over a decade and, through a substantial investment in its plant and equipment, has resulted in a multi-million dollar company. Its products are ingredients supplied to food manufacturing companies that includes several well-recognised FMCG brands.
ROLE
Reporting to the Production Manager this salaried, full-time position is based in Melbourne’s Eastern Suburbs.
The person required for this role will manage day to day operations of the plant, including three front line leaders and be predominately responsible for quality, cost, delivery to plan, safety, food safety and hygiene for the operation. Ideally, we are looking for someone with a minimum of five years’ direct operations management experience.
Responsibilities include:
You must be experienced in Food Production, have a good attention to detail and be decisive to ensure all concerns are addressed appropriately.
