Based in Melbourne’s West, this is a permanent position and presents the perfect scenario for technically qualified Food Production professionals to work for an innovative start-up business.

The ideal candidate will possess formal qualifications in food technology or food engineering, have 5-10 years experience within a food manufacturing environment. You will be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills with a proven history of achieving improvements in output and efficiency by actively engaging with good analytical and problem solving skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage a complex processing environment.
