Be the face of the business
Based in Melbourne, make your mark in an established and growing service business which has a strong team environment and a drive for service satisfaction. The role presents an exciting challenge for a Determined and Resilient; Technically astute Sales & Marketing professional who can develop a diverse industry portfolio and customer base.
Key duties of the role include:
Increase customer base and volumes across STEM markets through targeted sales activities.
Attend appropriate trade and networking events to help promote CS Executive.
Maintain current knowledge of market developments and accurately assess the opportunities including maintaining a project pipeline.
Monitor, review, report and act on customer feedback, activities and performance.
Provide regular relevant management updates through various methods including reports, customer updates and meetings.
In conjunction with the Recruitment and Client Service Team, provide solution based support and advice to customers
Work with other members of the company to facilitate all aspects of customer service.
Support and be actively engaged in the implementation and continuous improvement of company programs as outlined by management.
Comply with all safe working practices and company values and policies.
The ideal candidate will have a tertiary degree in Science or Engineering and additionally will also have:
An early career in Scientific or Technical related roles, followed by a transition into commercial role (s)
Minimum 5 years’ experience in a B2B Service related sales or marketing role
Demonstrated success of bringing in new clients in a competitive industry
Strong social media experience with LinkedIn, Facebook and similar
A proven capability to project manage
Commercially and customer driven problem solving ability
In addition to taking ownership of your own day-to-day workload and responsibilities for project management, you must be willing to work collaboratively and share your knowledge within a supportive team environment
A very high level of technical communication, and interpersonal skills, with excellent written, oral skills and computer literacy
Ability to undertake occasional travel and availability to attend industry trade and networking events after hours and/or weekends
You must hold a full driving license
