Our client is a well-known and highly respected Chemicals Manufacturer. They are part of a global, diversified international group employing over 100,000 employees worldwide. Some of the sectors serviced through their offices in Australia, New Zealand and Asia include Hospitality, Healthcare, Dairy, Retail Food, Institutional and Industrial & Mining.

 

THE ROLE

In this newly created and unique role, the successful candidate will work with a team of experienced Business Managers and a leading portfolio of products and services. You will execute and implement proven sales methodologies to achieve targeted sales, gross margin, cash flow and market coverage targets for the company.

Mentoring and coaching Account Managers, facilitating growth pipelines, implementing and managing their CRM system, are all key components of the role.

 

SELECTION CRITERIA

To be successful in your application you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Tertiary Degree in a relevant commerce
  • Proven technical capabilities and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Strong commercial and influencing skills with a track record of driving business growth
  • Good knowledge of commercial marketing
  • Many years in a sales or marketing role with a minimum of two years in a senior management position
  • Excellent skills in coaching, mentoring and relationship building
  • Possess strong analytical, strategic thinking and influencing skills
  • A successful track record in Sales Leadership with strong results orientation
