Our client is a listed company and global giant that formulates, produces and distributes agrochemicals. A need has arisen for a Formulation Manager to come on-board and manage their Melbourne based laboratory group.

ROLE
The Formulation Manager will play an important leadership role within the R&D group of this well known and trusted company. It is an excellent opportunity for a manager who has a proficient formulation background in agrochemicals and substantial leadership experience in a commercial setting, to take on a challenging and highly rewarding position.
This newly created position is reporting to the R&D Manager ANZ. The purpose of this role is to manage and develop the talent in the formulation laboratory to best meet the commercial needs of the company by providing support, direction and development opportunities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the reformulation and expansion of our Client’s current product line. You will have an innovative approach, strong leadership qualities, be customer focused, a decision maker and able to complete tasks and projects on time. To be short-listed, you will have worked in formulation roles for a number of years and will have an excellent understanding of agrochemicals together with a strong commercial awareness.
