CLIENT
Based in inner Melbourne, our client is a leading independent authority. Their role is to ensure the dairy industry meet National Food Safety Standards through licensing and compliance with applicable Food Safety Programs.
ROLE
This part-time role is an eight month contract (maternity leave cover) position, commencing in April 2017. Working 22.8 hours per week, directly for the client, you will have access to all benefits associated with a permanent position. The role offers flexible working hours and days to accommodate other commitments.
Reporting to the Manager, Licensing & Performance Data, this position will be responsible for the effective coordination of a testing program for the potential presence of agricultural, veterinary and environmental chemical residues within the Australian dairy industry.
Your duties will include:
Pivotal for this role is being able to analyse and interpret data from the program, as well as ensuring activities are coordinated and delivered on time and within budget.
As such, demonstrated experience within databases and MS Excel is paramount, and if in a food business or laboratory context, this would be an advantage. The role will suit someone who is organised and has a high attention to detail along with proven experience in managing a range of stakeholders.
