COMPANY

Our client is well established Herbal Medicines manufacturer celebrating their 30th year of manufacturing in Australia.  They are a locally owned and operated Australian business supporting a range of clients including naturopathic practitioners, clinics and retailers and hold the bar high when it comes to their outstanding personal customer service. They are at the forefront of herbal extracts and liquids manufacturing in the contract manufacturing industry and hold a GMP compliant TGA Manufacturing Licence.

 

ROLE

The Customer Service and Sales Administrator role is a permanent full-time position. The role is primarily responsible for providing high quality service to clients through handling customer enquiries, supporting the sales team in an administrative capacity, processing orders and general office duties.  The role will suit a candidate with fantastic people skills, enthusiasm and a team player.

Some of the other duties associated with this role include:

  • Handling client enquiries by phone or email
  • Resolving customer issues
  • Supporting the field sales team in an administrative capacity
  • Recording and maintaining accurate information in the customer database.
  • Entry and tracking of sales orders
  • Processing orders which include receiving, picking & packing of stock, invoicing and dispatching
  • General administration

 

SELECTION CRITERIA

To be successful in your application you must meet the following criteria:

  • Proven history in customer service and/or administration with a minimum of 2 years experience
  • Knowledge or an interest in herbal medicine will be highly regarded
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Excellent verbal communication skills including a flawless, professional and friendly phone manner
  • Well developed problem solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to multi- task and prioritise workloads
  • Ability to work within a team and independently or as directed
  • Fast learner
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Working knowledge of database software. Attache (current software) and/or Microsoft D365 (incoming software, training provided) would be advantageous
