Our client, based in Melbourne’s SE suburbs, represents the world’s leading ingredient companies in the Australian and New Zealand market. Their team of highly experienced food technologists work collaboratively, sharing knowledge and experience, to find the best solution for clients.
Due to the continued growth, they require a friendly and tertiary qualified professional to assist their customer service team with Sales and Customer Support including inbound & outbound logistics. This role will work closely with Sales Managers and their customers to assist them in achieving customer satisfaction.
Are you a friendly, “can-do” person with the desire to learn and develop?
In this role, you will work closely with the logistics departments both inbound and outbound and contract warehouses to provide support to the Sales team and customers. You will ensure that all customer orders are followed up efficiently with impeccable customer service. You will liaise with Customers and Sales Managers to help solve non-conformance issues or special requirements.

To be successful in your application, you will have more than two years of experience in customer service and/or sales coordination and/or logistics ideally within a manufacturing environment and love it.
You will be pleasant, professional and have a strong commitment to service, by respecting the customer’s needs and determining options to provide solutions.
You need to be a team player, proactive and a quick learner to progress in this fast working environment. You also need to be process driven and organised with customer service software/s experience.
