Our client is a busy construction company that has a reputation for delivering exceptional projects in Victoria. They specialise in multi-level residential and commercial projects. Due to a number of projects that has taken off they are looking for an experienced Site Manager from a tier 1 or 2 builder.

So if you have experience working on commercial or residential projects ranging from $50 M to $200M+ then we would like to hear from you.

In this challenging role you will be reporting to the Project Manager on all site activities and ensuring that the projects run on time and budget. Also you will be responsible for managing all trades and co-ordinating tower cranes.

To be considered for this role you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Minimum of 8 years’ experience as a Site Manager, managing projects between $50M to $200M+
  • Experience with managing trades, labour and various contractors is a must
  • Proven experience dealing with OH&S issues on site would be ideal
  • Must have good communication skills and a strong work ethic
