THE ROLE

Our Client is seeking a COO that is entrepreneurial, commercially savvy, dynamic & a strong strategic thinker with an inspirational & motivational leadership style.

Reporting directly to the CEO ANZ, the COO oversees the ongoing daily management of all operational areas within the business, drive organisational performance and to foster their culture of collaboration, achievement and reward.

Additionally, this role requires domestic and international travel.

As such responsibilities include:

  • Develop, drive & monitor business strategies, plans and procedures
  • Set comprehensive goals for performance and growth
  • Lead, inspire and motivate employees to encourage maximum performance and dedication
  • Management of all operational areas i.e. Sales, Marketing, IT, HR, Finance and Business Management Services
  • Manage effective stakeholder relationships
  • Presenting and attending at national and international organisation meetings, industry conferences and events.

 

SELECTION CRITERIA

To be successful in your application you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Previous experience as a COO or relevant role
  • Formal qualifications in Business or Commerce; a post graduate qualification is a plus
  • Extensive strategic and operational business experience
  • Ability to managed organisational change in a commercial environment
  • Strong background in consumer sales. Franchising or direct selling an advantage
  • High level of commercial and financial acumen
  • Understanding of digital marketing
  • Exceptional communications skills – verbal, written, presenting and public speaking
  • Outstanding organisational, leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Aptitude in decision making and problem-solving
