CLIENT

Our client is a leading supplier of value added ingredients to Australia and New Zealand’s Food Industries and are firm believers in providing solutions to their customers. They represent a portfolio of companies in the A&NZ market, and the additional value they provide is from both strong technical expertise and their investment in laboratory scale development. This enables them to be true partners with their customers.

Due to the continued growth of the business, they are now seeking an additional person to assist their IT and Accounts Department with IT systems, business processes and accounting. A clear career development pathway will occur as the business continues to grow and additional responsibilities will be awarded.

 

ROLE

This role will expose you to two different departments of the company. Your main responsibilities will revolve around IT department where you will be the first point of contact for all hosted computer issues. You will also be in charge of general systems maintenance, development and upgrades of the company’s IT systems.

This role will also ensure continual business growth through data analytics and support to the Sales team. Additionally you will have responsibility for the Fixed Assets Register and Financial Reporting Systems.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate well developed written and verbal communication in English language with positive approach to change to ensure continual review, refinement and advancement of processes.

 

SELECTION CRITERIA

To be short-listed for this exciting opportunity you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • A Tertiary qualification in IT and/or Finance (BCom)
  • Have two to five years of experience in an IT/Finance role within the manufacturing or supply industry
  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Main contact for all IT and electronic communications issues
  • Responsible for CRM system including development, maintenance and future upgrades
  • Analyse and compile reports on marketing/sales campaigns, continually develop sales reporting tools
  • Development of analytics to measure compliance of company to business and quality systems
  • Development and maintenance of Material Planning and Forecasting system
  • BAS and Fixed Assets Register set up using internal software
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a desire to learn
  • A can do attitude with a passion for excellent customer service
  • Aspirational and career driven professional with keen desire to prove yourself
