CLIENT

Our client is a well known and highly respected global manufacturer of surface coatings. Leaders in innovation and sustainability, they help customers in construction, transportation, and industrial markets. Due to current legislative requirements, the marketing team is reviewing the labelling of their products which are utilised by the Automotive Refinish Industry. In doing so, they are redesigning the labels and all associated artwork.

 

ROLE

Working within a dynamic and creative marketing team and under supervision and guidance, you will be expected to assist with the redesign of labels, brochures and other relevant documentation.

To be successful in this role you will have excellent time management skills, a creative flair and be well organized. You will be using your solid experience of Adobe Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop to create draft copies of artwork in a timely manner to ensure time frames are met and exceeded.

We are looking for a strong team player with excellent communication skills and proven good work ethic who is able to follow verbal instructions in a fast paced working environment. As these products are used by the Automotive Industry, an interest in cars would be well regarded but not essential.

You must be available to start work with minimal notice!

 

REQUIREMENTS

To be successful in your application you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • Bachelor of Marketing, Graphic Design, Diploma or similar
  • This is an entry level role so we require up to one year industry experience in the use of Adobe InDesign, Illustrator or Photoshop
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Must have a good eye for detail and proof reading experience
  • Excellent communication skills – directly reporting to the Marketing Coordinator
  • Good time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Must be reliable, accountable and able to use your initiative
