Their vision is to grow this business further by introducing innovative products and solutions and the building of a specialised market leading account management teams.



Reporting to the Business Manager HIA, this position is responsible for ensuring existing accounts are retained whilst maximising the company’s sales and profitability of these accounts. In addition, a key responsibility is to actively prospect and win new business. The HIA Account Manager will be required to facilitate an improved hygiene outcome and business improvement for customers by utilising the products, equipment systems, knowledge and people resources.

The HIA Account Manager will provide exceptional service, advice and insights to customers, and have a strong ability to build relationships and report on innovation opportunities and industry events in the HIA market.



To be successful in your application, you will have experience in a similar account management role in the hygiene, chemicals or other relevant industry sectors.

Please note: This role requires traveling to visit clients so a current drivers licence is a must.

To be short-listed for this great opportunity you will need to meet the following criteria:

  • A Business qualification is desirable but not a must
  • Experience in account management in Hygiene, manufacturing and/or Chemicals is essential
  • Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Good sales and presentation skills
  • Experience managing budgets
  • Goal driven and solutions focused in a team environment
  • Experience in the creation of plans and strategies to win new clients
  • A can do attitude with a passion for excellent customer service
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks to achieve results
  • A current NZ Drivers Licence
