CS Executive Group does not charge recruitment fees for the sourcing of casual or contract staff. The contract period is flexible and can be shortened or extended depending on the needs of the business. You also have the option of employing your contractor and converting them to a permanent employee. The conversion fee reduces as the length of the contract increases.
CS Executive Group protects all parties by ensuring that all casual/contract staff are paid the minimum award hourly pay rates, as stipulated by Fair Work Australia through The National Employment Standards (NES). These hourly rates of pay are published at the beginning of each financial year and can be provided to your Company upon request.
